Thanks for sharing your story!

If you’ve agreed for your story to be published we will review it. We may need to edit it for publication, but will make sure we don’t change your story. This may take some time, but we’ll get it uploaded as soon as possible. Don’t forget to check back to see it. If you want to change anything in your story, remove it or change your consent, please get in touch. If you use the anonymous ‘Share Your Story’ form to do this, please make sure we have enough information to identify your original submission.

Some Dos and Don’ts

We want you to be open and honest about your experiences and how they made you feel.

Remember, this is your story, so tell us about you. Don’t write someone else’s story for them or use anyone’s copyrighted material. Keep it personal, not political.

You can submit your story entirely anonymously or use a display name. Please don’t include any details that could identify you or anyone else (e.g. full name, contact details, precise location etc.).

Anyone could read your story, if published, so don’t include explicit sexual information or reference to illegal activities. We won’t accept any hate speech, derogatory language, spam or advertising.

For legal reasons, we can’t accept submissions from anyone under the age of 13.
